"The book is excellent. My kids read almost the whole book the first night we took it out of the shipping box! The book leaves one with a sense of pride in the U.S. without making it political. As a firm centrist, my antennae are out for right wing/left wing propaganda and I didn't see it in this book. "Finally, an entertaining book that accurately portrays what hard work and creativity accomplished in 20th century America! Both my daughters loved it! But my favorite chapter was about Apollo 11.
